#Hmm Enjoying! the CHOCOLATEY AROMA

During my stay in this restaurant, their hot chocolate drink captivated me at first sight in their menu. I enjoyed drinking the sweet chocolatey taste of this hot beverage while having small talks with my family. I don't deny how was deliciously made and served. I can taste the rich cocoa ingredient of the hot drink. I'm satisfied with its taste, knowing it is one of my favorites among the various flavor I've tasted. We used to order foods we incorporate into various celebrations at Tea House. What I like about this restaurant is the food really reflects the heart of the owner, Mrs. Chona. While eating, I can feel the love, resiliency, and hard-working value of this mom. Because in every food you'll order you won't regret because you'll savor until the last bite of it plus their employees are very approachable and kind-hearted.

Tea House kitchen is a newly opened branch of Tea House. The restaurant is located at Lower Ground Sunset Terraces of SM City Baguio. Aside from the mesmerizing views from its location, the restaurant offers all-time favorites of Filipinos like their special palabok, home-made style pansit, and children's favorite spaghetti.
Along with this pasta dishes is their crispy lumpiang shanghai and their new mouth-watering dishes like chili-tuyo pasta, chicken wings, inihaw and liempo, chicken inasal, Chona's Kapampangan beef and seafoods, lastly kare-kare and, crunchy salads. They also serve their famous desserts like Chona's delights, streamline cakes, and sans rival cake, Almond buko lychee pana cotta, Chona's ball five star dessert, special yema, halo-halo and signature smores hot chocolate.

The story started from a mom of 7 who started selling foods on a bilao idea to a grand restaurant located in the famous SM Baguio. According to Gill, Chona's son after his grandfather became ill and died back in 1974 her mother took over. Her mother worked her way through selling any food she could cook to earn money, support and feed 7 mouths of the household. It was difficult for her that time because she will be the one to cook, get orders and deliver. Then downtimes turned to enlightenment during her management in Session Road Branch in 1996 up until this time. The restaurant had open doors of opportunity for being able to adopt changes and innovate them. Aside from this is their conducive environment and hardworking values.

That's all about my favorite restaurant. Please follow me to my next blog.

God Bless our Journey!
